Job Description

We are hiring a Head of Business Development and a Marketing to our client in Cyrpto/Bitcoin Marketplace with experience in the crypto and Bitcoin space who are skilled at collaborating within a diverse team, staying composed under high pressure, and bringing exceptional discipline and accountability to their work.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with 3rd parties (ie. Liquidity providers, market makers, blockchain protocols, institutional investors, communities, marketplaces / aggregators
  • Lead token listing strategies, evaluate new crypto projects, coordinate with the compliance team
  • B2B growth: expand institutional client accounts, PG integrations, and API trading partnerships
  • Develop new revenue streams, fee structures, and white-label opportunities for the exchange
  • Define the regional and domestic brand positioning and go-to- market strategies for retail and institutional audiences
  • Suggest, oversee and analyze digital as well as offline campaigns, performance marketing, referral programs and community growth initiatives to scale active users
  • Manage public relations, crisis communications, thought leadership and educational content to build market trust
  • Supervise community managers across channels like telegram, discord, and X to maintain high user engagement
  • Partner with product team to provide feedback, launch new features and optimize user onboarding funnels
  • Track the marketing and business development budget for maximum ROI

    • Requirements

  • Have 4+ yrs of experience in same field
  • A Master’s degree is preferred, though relevant industry experience is highly valued.
  • Experienced in growth, marketing and business development within fintech, web3, or crypto exchanges
  • Deep understanding of tokenomics, blockchain ecosystems, liquidity dynamics and competitor landscapes
  • Familiarity with global and local crypto regulations and compliance best practices
  • Proven track record of building, managing and scaling high- performing teams
